Presenters

The Blue Ridge Bookfest will feature fifteen authors who will be presenting in individual sessions concerning their works. The individual author sessions are scheduled to run throughout the day on Saturday, May 18 2013.  Our Bookfest Honoree, Wiley Cash, will be presenting in one of these individual author presentations in addition to speaking at the opening session on Friday evening in the Blue Ridge Conference Hall at Blue Ridge Community College.  Exact times and locations of each of these presentations will be forthcoming on our web site in the very near future.  In addition, we are offering two workshop sessions on Friday, May 17, 2013.

Exhibitors

The Blue Ridge Bookfest will have twenty-six authors who will be exhibiting their works.  These authors will be available to the public for discussion and will be autographing their works.  All book sales will be channeled through a central purchasing station operated by Malaprop's Bookstore of Asheville.

Workshops

The Blue Ridge Bookfest is offering two workshops on Friday afternoon.  These workshops cover two very interesting topics: "Self Publishing" and "The Civil War" In addition this year we will have Two people reading to children.  More information is availabe about our workshop presenters on our Workshops web page.
